6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
Holistic & Co. LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services provided up to the termination date.

9. Revisions and Modifications
Holistic & Co. LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Holistic & Co. LLC operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Holistic & Co. LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of our services, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, and violations of privacy.

12. Force Majeure
Holistic & Co. LLC is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, and government restrictions.
